Refund & Return Policy
At Skyline Hub, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.
Returns
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product should include all original tags, accessories, and invoices.
- Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
To start a return request, please contact our support team with your order details and clear images of the product if required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged items
- Customized or personalized products
- Products without original packaging or invoice
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
